System instability during database maintenance...

brainCloud experienced some instability, with some users experiencing service interruptions, today while performing some database maintenance work from approximately 12:45pm - 1:15pm Eastern. The issue appeared to involve an error with our caching systems - which may be independent of the maintenance that was being performed. We will be doing a further post-mortem to better understand and prevent similar issues in the future. Apologies for the inconvenience.
