Resolved -
brainCloud was impacted by issues in AWS region us-east-1. These resulted in difficulties accessing AWS services - particularly initiating cloudfront-based file downloads - and launching of new hosted servers on AWS EC2. These same AWS issues impacted other services that brainCloud uses as well - including StatusPage (this page where we post health updates) - and Intercom (which we use for support chat). AWS resolved the issue around 5:30am Eastern.
