Patched API Servers to R4.8.0-5671

Deployed patch R4.8.0-5671 to the API Servers. Fixes a regression where cloud code errors were not logging the associated user profileId (where applicable). Also fixes an issue with the API Explorer where the wrong parameters could be displayed for a call after running a script in the script editor.
